Our Process The internet has radically changed the way people do business. We work with clients all across the country and the world, most of whom we have never met in person. Clear communication via phone, e-mail and our web site makes it possible for us to work efficiently with you, no matter where you are or what hours you keep. Prior to beginning a job, we present you with our strategy, timeline, and cost estimate. There are three phases to each project: Step 1: Information Gathering We always start by gathering information about your business, your goals, and how you wish to position yourself in your industry. We ask you to study your customers' profiles, habits, and expectations. We also learn as much as we can about your own personal tastes and preferences. This phase helps us to understand you and your company better, so that we can formulate a design strategy that will best meet your marketing expectations. Step 2: Design We normally present you with three or more initial design concepts. We place the mockups online for easy evaluation. Step 3: Production & Delivery Once you are happy with a design, we will begin placing your content into the template that was approved. When we have completed the initial site, we place it online for you too make comments and changes. One round of changes are made. You approve the site and we upload it to your web address.
